01 Strategist, Psychologist, Optimist
Born in the vibrant heart of London, UK, I grew up where nurodiversity was a disability and trauma and issues was maily kept quiet. However, growing up did meet the pulsing rhythm of live entertainment, thriving nightclubs and bars, fast cars and memorable times with family, friends and my dog (god bless). My mother, a compassionate nurse, taught me empathy. My father, a celebrated nightclub owner, showed me the magic of bringing people together. My sisters, both psychology graduates, inspired me to explore the human mind. This unique upbringing became the foundation for everything I do today.

04 Emotional Intelligence (EI)

Why This Matters
I enjoy reading and applying Emotional Intelligence (EI). Psychology taught me to think clearly and independently whilst honouring ethical values. Fitness coaching showed me how body and mind are inseparable. Event operations revealed how human connection drives everything. Body language expertise helped me read context quickly and build a genuine rapport.
Together, these disciplines create what I call choice architecture, empowering individuals and organisations to design their desired future whilst learning from the past, never being imprisoned by it.
This chart above showcases the five key components of emotional intelligence (EI), also known as emotional quotient (EQ). These are all centred around the ability to perceive, understand, and manage emotions within ourselves and others. The graphic displays the term “Emotional Intelligence” in the centre of a circle, with each of the five components branching off as a separate circle of its own.
Self-Awareness
The first component listed is self-awareness. This involves recognising and understanding one’s own emotions, strengths, weaknesses, and values. It also includes understanding how these factors affect others.
Self-Regulation
To the right is self-regulation, which is the ability to manage and control one’s emotions and impulses. This includes thinking before acting, staying calm under pressure, and adapting to changing circumstances.
Motivation
At the bottom right is motivation, which refers to the drive to achieve goals for personal fulfilment. People with high emotional intelligence are often highly motivated and have a positive outlook.
Empathy
The next component is empathy, which is the ability to understand and share the feelings of others. Empathetic people can put themselves in others’ shoes and respond to their emotional needs.
Social Skills
Finally, social skills are at the top left of the graphic. This component involves managing relationships to move people in a desired direction. It includes effective communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to build rapport.

04 Final Thought

The Philosophy
“Business is a combination of war and sport,” I often say. Success requires better tools, relentless preparation, and the courage to learn from failure. Each project I undertake, whether therapy sessions, brand partnerships, or music events, is an opportunity to simplify complexity and transform wild ideas into reality.
I believe everyone has a story worth telling. My role? To help you discover, articulate, and actualise yours, whether that means resolving workplace conflict, designing a wellbeing strategy, delivering a stadium-worthy event, or simply finding clarity when you feel stuck.
The Invitation
Whether you are navigating burnout, launching a brand activation, seeking performance coaching, or simply feeling trapped and confused, I am here to collaborate.
My approach is empathetic, innovative, and rooted in worldwide scientific research. I work remotely and in person, adapting to your needs with flexibility and care.
